Fees

The asking rent does not include lettings fees. Please note that lettings fees apply on all properties to let. All prices quoted include VAT.

 

Tenants Fees

 

Holding Deposit - £200 per property. All offers are subject to landlord approval, to secure a property a holding deposit of £200 is required. On successful negotiation, the holding deposit is deducted from the first month rent. In the event the offer is not accepted; the holding deposit will be returned to you in full.

 

Administration Fee - £150 per person. An administration fee per person is charged. The fee covers referencing (credit check, bank, employer, previous landlord and guarantor), admin paper work (preparation of the tenancy agreement and other admin tasks necessary in preparing the property for letting) and check-out.

 

Change of tenant(s) - £150. During a tenancy, a change of tenant(s) will incur the same admin fees as above.

 

Renewal of Tenancy - £150 to £250 per property. £150 for properties up to two bedrooms £250 for all other properties.

 

Late Rent Payment Charge – 4% above Base Rate. Any rent late payment can be subject to an interest charge of 4% above the Bank of England Base Rate. The charge will apply for the period from the rent due date to the rent payment date.

 

Landlord Fees

 

Contract Fee - £60. A contract fee is payable at the start of the tenancy.

 

Inventory Fee - £120. An inventory fee which included check-in cost Is payable at the start of the tenancy.
